This time I added my diamond dust black fabric to the Central Park toile for a DAZZLING BAG in my big ole weekender size!!

The diamond dust bottom and straps really do sparkle, although it is very difficult to capture with my camera. You can see a little bit of the glitz in the pic, but's it is more intense when you can see it first hand.

The bottom as well as the upper is embellished with a classy pink and white striped grosgrain ribbon and I added bows with black swiss dot grosgrain. The ends of the bows have been treated with Fray Check (tm) to prevent any fraying. The bows are very securely sewn to the bag.

Both sides of the bag have all of the ribbon and bow trimmings.

...MAGNETIC SNAP CLOSURE...

The lining is black canvas with pink gingham pockets which are double fabric faced and interfaced. I trimmed the upper edge of the pockets with the black swiss dot grosgrain ribbon. There are 7 pockets including a cell phone slot, a pen/thermometer/nail file slot with 5 larger pockets.

Please note that the placement of the characters in the toile will vary slightly from the photo because each bag is cut from a different place from my bolt of fabric.

Measurements: 20 1/4" wide, 11 1/2" high, 5" bottom, approx. 17" across the top. The straps have a 12" drop from shoulder to bag.

All of my bags are heavily interfaced and stabilized!! They will not cave in or sag! All of my bags stand on their own.
