Return Policy Details:
3 days from order delivery to request defective item return or
item shipped in error. The shipping and handling fees are non- refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Returns must be unused/ unworn and containall originally shipped
components,including inner/ outer packaging, and original tags. Any missing accessories or parts will be deducted from the refund.
Prior to shipping the
merchandise back, contact us first with reason for the request and provide us with a photo of the damage area, and we
will process your request for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and
the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an
RMA number will not be processed and will be assessed a 50% restocking
fee.
Important Notice:
In the case of refused shipment, or any return without prior
authorization or an RMA number, the item in question will either be
shipped back to the customer at their expense, or the item will be
assessed a restocking fee at 50% of the total merchandise value.
All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. Should the
product be received in unacceptable condition, i.e. showing obvious
signs of use or misuse, or is not defective as claimed, the product will
either be declared ineligible for return and be shipped back to the
individual at their expense, or be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of
the total merchandise value.
No returns on: refurbished cell phones & accessories, undergarments
& swimwear, food & supplements, toner cartridges, new defective
gaming machines*, opened software, JVC, Panasonic, Philips or Toshiba
home entertainment products*, used products, products damaged in
shipping**.

All items are in stock, at our warehouses, at the time products are listed. However, in rare instances, it is possible that an item may become out of stock.
If this should happen, you will be notified immediately. A complete
refund will be issued immediately (shipping included).
We don't place any orders on back order, since we can't guarantee when
our suppliers will have a new shipment available.

BEFORE you make a purchase, we request that you refrain from leaving
negative or neutral feedback if a problem does arise. If these terms are
