The price listed is for Eur 35-39. Additional cost applies to any shoe bigger than US8 / EUR 39. For each size bigger, an additional cost of $30 is applied. (i.e. Size 9 +$30, Size 10,+$60.. ) Invoice will be issued for collect additional payment. We will ONLY start processing your order upon payment of additional fee is made.

Since all our heels are in Europe Size. There is no half size provided. And we convert your size ONLY according to the following chart:

We will ONLY send you the heel according to the chart. However, we do NOT grantee the shoe will be perfectly fit your feet. Buyer is welcome to return us the shoes if you find the shoes too big or too small > Please notice that the shipping of return and resend is at buyer’s expense. (Unless we send you shoe of wrong size which is Not according to the chart above). Any delay or loss caused by this type of return  is at expense of buyers.

Price listed is only for heels in the same color and height as photos shown. However, we welcome all kind of custom request. **Photos are just shown as example. All items are custom made upon order. Please understand that the bling bling is manmade so the design will vary a bit, and the outcome will not be exactly the same as the photo shown but very similar.

Handling time
please allow 3-4 weeks the heel to be completed depends on the complexity and design. It may take longer if we have a high volume of order in hands. We will provide pictures once the order is done. If you need the heel within 3 weeks, there will be an additional cost.

Deadline:
Within three weeks: Add $100
Within two weeks: Add $150
within a week: Add $200

Please contact us in advance if you have any deadline. Any delay due to the absence of notification of deadline from buyer are not part of seller's responsibility. 

Payment

We accept PayPal only. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not received within 72 hours of your purchase, your order will be cancelled. Once payment is made, no cancelation allowed.

For custom order, a Non refundable deposit is required and no exception. There will be no refund if you cancel your order after down payment is made. For international orders, buyer is responsible for all customs & duty fees.


Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the fact that all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns and refund.
Please be certain of the size and design of your shoes before placing an order.

If your order arrives damage, in which are not merely of a minor nature, you must notify us within 24 hours for replacement. Upon expiry of this period the work performed shall be deemed to have been accepted, provided that the seller has advised the customer at the commencement of this period about the significance of allowing this deadline to expire.

Due to the fact that all products are custom made, once an order is placed and processed, an order cannot be canceled. ‘For retuning any item, you are requested to package the product in suitable way. Items returned must be in the same condition as received. Unused and without stains or damage.

Any items received in poor condition will have the return rejected and the item will be returned to the customer. We also recommend that a receipt be obtained from the company appointed for the return transport of the item. This receipt should be retained in a safe place. Loss or damage of return shipments is not seller's responsibility. Return and resending shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless we send you a wrong item( wrong design or wrong size)


Shipping
Shipping is typically processed through EMS express service.
The items usually take 5-15 business days to arrive depending on your destination. This estimated time does not include custom hold, weekends and holidays.
We ship to address stated in your PayPal payment only. Please make sure your address on file is up to date. Any loss caused by incorrect shipping info as PayPal stated is part of seller's responsibility.
We do not offer combined shipping. You need pay FULL shipping & handling charges of each item if you want to combine all items together in one shipping.
All items will be e sent in a traceable form. Insurance (unless otherwise noted) is not included however is available upon request.
If you would like to upgrade or modify your shipping method this can be done via special request. Please contact me prior to your purchase.


Terms and Conditions


1. All Sales are Final and No refund is accepted. No refund for cancelation of any order.

2.The method of decoration can result in individual stones breaking off, especially at certain exposed places such as corners, edges and projecting parts (e.g. antennae, certain keys) if the decorated product is subjected to considerable mechanical stress, for example if it falls onto or strikes hard surfaces or objects. It is in the nature of the products and work provided by the seller that the decorated surfaces thereby produced are less resistant to impact or shock or other substantial mechanical stresses than the original surface of the product purchased or supplied for subsequent decoration.

3. Decoration of the products may possibly lead to the termination or invalidity of guarantees by the respective manufacturer of that product.The decoration of products can also lead to slight functional impairments (e.g. reduced transmitting and receiving performance, attenuated ring tone volume, restricted accessibility and operability of control elements, reduced surface heat dissipation) compared with similar, non-decorated products.These limitations form part of the agreed condition of the products and work provided by us and does not represent a defect or any other defective performance on the part of the seller.

4. For technical reasons the illustrations or our products and the work performed, as shown on the listings, together with other such illustrations, can only provide an approximate representation. In particular colors may differ considerably from those of the actual items, which may also be due to the individual settings of the customer’s computer and monitor, and, because of the use of crystals for decoration, to the particular lighting (daylight, artificial lighting etc.).Such deviations do not constitute defects in the products or the work performed.

5. Warranty and limitation: It is in the nature of the products and work performed by us that the decorated surfaces thereby produced are less resistant to impact or shock or other substantial mechanical stresses than the original surface of the product purchased or supplied for subsequent decoration. Moreover decoration of the products by us may possibly lead to the termination or invalidity of the product warranty provided by the respective manufacturer of that product. Furthermore the decoration may cause minor functional impairments compared with similar, undecorated products. Finally, the appearance of the colors of the decorated surfaces may vary, especially when they are exposed to different light sources, and may deviate from illustrations, particularly those on the internet (for all these aspects see above, III). These limitations form part of the agreed condition of the products and work performed by the seller and do not represent a defect or any other defective performance on the part of the seller.

6. Investigation and notification of defects: Customers are requested that it should be notified as soon as possible about any transport damage or other directly and externally visible damage to products dispatched to the customer.
7. Buyers are assumed full understanding and agreement of the above terms and conditions.
