No tag, but great workmanship and no flaws that I can see! The fabric is a silk or silk/rayon blend and electric blue peonies against a black background.

The dress has a wide scoop neck and shoulders. With a slightly drop waist, the attached pouf emphasizes the hourglass shape of the dress.

The measurements are:
bust: 34-36 inches
waist: 26-27 inches
hips: 36 inches
length from waist to hem: 23.5 inches
