Refunds and Exchanges for this Item

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds will be issued. Exchange of defective product will be for identical item only. Defective products must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Items returned as undeliverable or if package interception occurs, a $10 charge will be assessed with additional charges for re-shipping your order.
