SCARAB BRACELET (c.1956)

This scarab bracelet (sacred beetle of the ancient Egyptians), was given to me in 1956. It has six beautiful colored stones - navy blue, light green (my favorite), terra cotta, light blue, dark green and pink. I am not up on my knowledge of stones. Each one has the imprint of a beetle on top and the bottom has another imprint that I cannot make out.

According to my dictionary . . . . "Scarabs were much used in ancient Egypt as charms or ornaments."

There is a safety chain.

Bracelet length: 7 3/4" long from ring to ring. Solid.
