The sparkling rhinestone jewel is 1/2 inch square (or they can be made with the round rhinestones, your choice)

The background feathers are white cocquille feathers and fan out beautifully from behind the peacock eye feather. Each feather is hand chosen by me for its color, size, and pefection!
