These precious, gently worn children's shoes are a rare find in an old trunk full of children's clothes I received from my piano teacher back in the 1950's. We do know they are over 100 years old. Not of my family history, so know only what I was told and can now tell you and show you. They make a wonderful addition to your home decor or collection of early Americana.
They are lined with a soft brown fabric and sport 5 blank buttons along the scalloped button holes. These are in their original condition sorting a few scuffs and a small 3/4" separation on the back seam.
Sole measures 5 1/8" from toe to heel and shoe is 3 1/2" from sole to top of shoe at the side.
