when I measure laid flat 17" pit - pit = 34", 30" waist. Has side slits

(which give flex) & it stretches

what I noticed is the neck can be adjusted by sewing buttons where need be. Neck is up to 14.25". Set right now for 13.25"


*FYI - the spare button I will sew on @ neck since one was off ~ but will wait for the measurement needed
