HISTORY:  Purchased new by me at Tuni's in Winter Park Florida circa 1998-2001.  Never wore this, and it's been stored in the non-smoking/pet-free wing of my home all this time.  I have never seen another one like this, and it's damn cute! The tag indicates that this may have been an experimental piece which was not in mass-production. 

 CONDITION: Other than needing a a bit of ironing, this is just as it was when I purchased it.

MEASUREMENTS etc:

SIZING/FIT:  This will fit a waist or hip measurement of 27 to 31 inches.  Since it's a novel item, you can wear this pretty much how you wish to -- either at the waist or on the hip.

HOLES: there are 4 eyelet reinforced holes and an attached belt buckle as well. The metal color is silver.

LENGTH: Longer on the sides at 15 inches and 13 inches in back.

WIDTH: along the bottom, the skirt measures 31 inches.  33 inches along the top from buckle to end of belt strap.

POCKET: 5.25 inches by 7 inches on the back pocket. Plastic zipper pull.

OTHER STUFF:

As you can see, the skirt has different patterns on each side.  One is an embroidered ethnic Indian type fabric,and the other is a neato brown cloth.  Shimmery bronze brown on the rear and belt.

TAGS: Size is SMALL according to tag.  This is fairly accurate, but please see measurements.

"THE DESIGN OF THIS GARMENT HAS COPYRIGHT PROTECTION" is printed on the tag as well as the fabric composition: 34% acrylic 30% polyester 18% cotton 8% linen, MADE in MOROCCO.
