SUITE STUDIO 1 BATH, OCEANFRONT RESORT. SUITE HAS A FULLY EQUIPED KITCHENETTE AND AN EXTERIOR BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE BEACH, SAND, OCEAN, RESORT, ARCH,  THIS SUITE WILL ACCOMMODATE UP TO FOUR PEOPLE, 2 PER BED. THERE TWO DOUBLE BEDS IN THE STUDIO SUITE WITH A FULLY EQUIPED KITCHENETTE AND AN EXTERIOR BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE BEACH, SAND, OCEAN, ARCH, ETC. I OWN MULTIPLE WEEKS IN CABO WITH VARIOUS RESORTS IN CASE YOU DESIRE THE USE OF MULTIPLE UNITS. THE ABOVE UNIT IS AVAILABLE FOR FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK IN.. THE WINNING BUYER WILL BE LISTED AS MY GUEST(S) AND A RESERVATION CONFIRMATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CHECK-IN PURPOSES. CHECK-IN TIMES ARE 4:00PM AND CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE 10:00AM. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL FEES OR TAXES AS YOU WILL BE RENTING DIRECTLY FROM THE OWNER, ME. A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN FOR ANY INCIDENTALS, LOSS, THEFT, AND BREAKAGE THAT MAY OCCUR AS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. ONCE PURCHASED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS HOWEVER; I WILL ASSIST IN THE RE-SCHEDULING OF ANY DATES SUBJECT TO RESORT REQUIREMENTS, AVAILABILITY, AND THE PAYMENT OF ANY ADDITIONAL FEES THAT THE RESORT MAY REQUIRE FOR ANY SUCH REQUESTED CHANGE(S).
