VINTAGE SARAN CHRISTMAS TREE

When these "first” artificial trees came out, it was thought  they look so real. You could have fooled me! Shiny needles???? But everyone wanted one.

It is approximately 20” high, including white wood base. Keeping in step with the era, it is decorated with seven vintage Santa figures (2 marked MADE IN JAPAN – 1 marked MADE in GERMANY US ZONE) plus two boots (1 marked JAPAN). Decorating the base are two vintage mache putz houses (1 marked Made in Japan).
