Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is purchased for all items shipped, no exceptions. Most of the time, my shipping charges are within $1.00 of the actual shipping charge. I try my very best to keep these charges very reasonable. So when you’re filling out the feedback please keep this in mind. Please do not rate me on the Post Office charges, I have no control over it.

I am an avid collector of Cherished Teddies and have been since 1996. I have almost everything Priscilla and now Glenn have created in the Cherished Teddies line in my own personal collection. The pieces I’m selling are not from my own personal collection. I am not a business just a collector. I finally decided to sell of all my duplicates I’ve bought throughout the years. I take great pride in selling top quality bears. I don’t sell bears that I wouldn’t be proud to put in my own personal collection. Most of the bears I sell are new in box, if they aren’t; I clearly state it in mysales. Even though I only advertise one of a kind in my store I might have duplicates. I do ship worldwide. Insurance is included in the shipping rate for outside the continental US. I ship Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the . Buyer pays fixed shipping cost as stated in thissale.  I do combine shipping on multiple wins where possible. Please ask. My shipping fees are clearly stated in mysales for the continental US. This includes shipping and handling, they are fixed rates. I do however, discount shipping for multiple purchases. My packages are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is verified, unless it’s the weekend or holiday. If your payment is received after noon on Friday your package will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday if it’s a holiday. If packages are held longer I will notify you and explain why. You are responsible for any VAT or import taxes imposed by your country.
