OnQueStyle Rules / Regulations

NOTE: Accessories such as dust/sleeper bag, authenticity card(s), and/or original packaging are only included if explicitly mentioned in the item description.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:

-Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  All packages over $250 will be sent with a signature confirmation.  All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of payment. 

-Shipping and delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Holidays. A signature confirmation is required on all packages valued at $250 & over.

-Sales tax of 7.75% is applied to all orders shipping within California, no exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

-Your item will be shipped USPS Express International for tracking and delivery confirmation purposes. Generally, it takes 6-10 business days for your item to arrive customs permitting.

-Orders being shipped to Canada have the option of choosing USPS Priority Intl

-Please allow 2 business days after receiving verified payment for your item to be shipped. Shipping cost depends on country and distance package is being sent.

-We are not responsible for any fees incurred by customs, tariffs, and taxes. We ship all items labeled as "used merchandise" valued at the amount it sold for. We do not include the manufacturers name on the description. We do not claim shipments as gifts or declare their value lower than the price the item(s) was sold for.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

-If you purchase more than one item at a time and would like to combine shipping costs, we will charge one flat fee per the first three items. The cost of any additional items will be determined by the weight of the package. Please leave a comment in your payment if you are planning on having more than one item shipped and we'll hold them until allsales are completed for you!

RETURN POLICY:

-Returns only accepted If authenticity is in question, buyer pays return shipping, if we find that the item cannot be verified as authentic, we will reimburse 100% return shipping.

-International orders will be claimed as used merchandise, valued at the price it was sold for. WE WILL NOT CLAIM ANY PACKAGE AS A GIFT, NO EXCEPTIONS!

-Onquestyle is not responsible for international customs fees and taxes. Packages that are refused at customs will not be returnable. Orders over $250 will require a signature confirmation.
