This is a 3/16" Clear Acrylic, cut to size 9" 1/16" x 10" 7/16".

you will have to round the corners, cut the water tank cut-out and drill 4 holes.

it is better and safer if you use boiler insulation made of closed cell silicone foam. ( check my store ).
