Shipping Policy Your purchase will usually be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of a cleared payment. If your item requires special packaging there may be a one day delay, in which case you'll be notified. Shipping costs are for Priority Mail within the US unless otherwise specified in the listing. If you'd like me to ship with a less expensive method please contact me prior to purchase and I'll adjust the shipping costs acordingly. If for any reason the shipping costs are less than what you paid, a refund will be issued. OC Mercantile does not ship on weekends or holidays.

Return Policy Always contact me if the item you've purchased doesn't meet your expectations! Most of what I sell is vintage/used. I describe any and all flaws to the best of my ability, but may occasionally miss something. If I've accidentally misrepresented the item in any way, I'll be happy to refund the purchase price, including shipping. Return postage will be your responsibility.

International Shipping I welcome international buyers! Quoted shipping rates are for First Class International shipping whenever possible to keep shipping costs low. Please note that insurance and tracking ARE NOT available for this method. Once the item has been given to the post office I no longer have any control. It rarely happens, but should your purchase get lost or damaged in transit I will be unable to file any claims on your behalf. Please contact me prior to purchase if you would like me to ship via an insurable and trackable method.
