This is an Italian cookbook that my mom wrote a few years back. It includes some of her favorite recipes. She was inspired by my younger brother to write this book because her cooking is quite good.

She was new to computing at that time and added clip art to her pages.

The recipes are all her own or from somewhere down the family tree. They are all pretty easy to prepare.

The book has 33 recipes in all categories from breakfast to dessert and includes Eggplant Parmesan, Lasagna, Breakfast Pizza, Biscotti, Honey Clusters, etc.

Softbound book.

She is 78 yrs old. I am very proud of my mom.
