lid and  basket.  Lid depicts a cow lying on hay or straw.
No Manuf marks or label.  
I did find one just like it on ebay but in Cobalt  and the seller was pretty sure it was from the Indiana Glass Company.
 Measures approx.  5 1/4" from handle to handle, 4" wide & 4" tall.  this beautiful  Cow In a  Basket is designed as a lying  cow lid resting in a  basket shaped dish.  Very nice detail on this item.  I can feel one small rough spot on the under side, inside edge of the lid front side but I can not see a chip with the Magnifying glass, but it is rough.  There are no other issues that I can see regarding chips, cracks or repairs.
Comes from a non smoking home.
