I am getting asked why I am selling my Sock Monkey dolls for $150 when other people are selling them for $36 - $40. My sock monkey dolls are hand crocheted. They are NOT made by taking a $3.00 pair of socks, stuffing them and sewing them together. It takes me 10 hours to crochet the sock monkey, stuff it, and assemble it. My purchase price includes 10 hours of labor at $8 an hour, all fees, shipping, cost of materials. Unlike stuffing a pair of socks, my sock monkey dolls are completely customizable and I can make them in ANY color combo! My Sock Monkey Dolls are also 22" tall instead of the 19" tall that the ones made from socks are.

This great Sock Monkey Doll is an adorable addition to any Sock Monkey collection! It is also durable for Sock Monkey fans of all ages! This Sock Monkey is NOT a $3 pair of socks sewn together. This sock monkey doll is completely hand made with yarn and a crochet hook and can be customized in any color combo.

This Sock Monkey doll was made for a customer in Lt. Raspberry with Brick Red, Tea Leaf Green, and Cream accents. I will customize this sock monkey in any way you like!

These are tall Sock Monkeys! They stand at 22" tall!

I choose to make my dolls in an acrylic yarn instead of wool so that they are more "cuddle friendly". I will however make them in Paton's wool if that is what you want! The price of the Sock Monkey will be adjusted for the more expensive yarn and the time to complete the monkey will be increased significantly as I would need to order the yarn online and have it shipped to me.

The price of the doll is all inclusive! Price includes cost of materials, labor, shipping, all fees, and taxes. In Hawaii, I have to charge Hawaii General Excise tax to all customers not just Hawaii residents.

This Sock Monkey doll takes approximately 10 hours to make from when it is started. Delivery time will vary depending on current customer backlog. I will tell you upon your order when you can expect to receive your monkey!
