I have had this since the early 1990's and wore it as a necklace pennant.  

The battery is original and may be replaced with added battery in box if it still works.  It can be replaced.

I got this when I was attending a" Dept 56 Gathering" and never saw another like it in a ten year period. It is probably 10-12 years old but has been box kept, in drawer so in excellent condition.
