Rare blue color, I think it is French Blue with British tan trim
Shoulder strap has an approximately 22 inch drop, could be adjusted down. The strap is 5/8 inch thick

8 inches wide, 7 inches tall, slightly under 4 inches thick on widest point

No holes, no tears. Stitches are good, a few pulled thread fibers but nothing major. Exterior is clean. Some fading on the trim piping on the bottoms. Interior has some stains, NOT pristine - please see 5th picture.
