The TQ series pumps are designed for water supply and pressure boosting in residential, commercial and light industrial applications where low or inadequate water pressure exists.

Maximum static pressure for use with this pump is 72psi. If you have more than 72psi there will be problems getting the pump to shut down correctly.

Suitable Liquids; Potable water or other clean non corrosive liquids.

As flow (gpm) increases pressure decreases. The boost is the pressure the pump will "add" to the pressure coming into the pump.
This is what the TQ3700 can do:

Example, your flow requirements are 35gpm, your city pressure when you are using all 35gpm drops to 15psi. With this pump you can add 60psi to your 15psi for a total of 75psi

The TQ series is a combination unit consisting of pump & motor, pressure tank, check valve, pressure switch, flow switch, hi temp sensor and electronic controller. Includes 2 inch, stainless steel threaded companion flanges for inlet & outlet connection.

The built in controller will start the pump automatically via a pressure switch and stop automatically via a flow switch. When a tap is open the pump comes on and stays on (constant pressure) until the tap is closed. Additionally a high temperature sensor will shut down pump on volute temperature rise ( due to no flow or low flow ). Single phase motors are protected by built in thermal overloads.

The TQ 3700 is about 20.5 inches long x 10.5 inches wide x 15 inches high. Suction and discharge connections
are 2 inch.

Maximum adjustment for pressure switch "on" is 72 psi.

Factory setting for "pump on" is 43psi ( inlet pressure must be below 43psi for the pump to work "out of the box", or the pressure switch will need adjustment ( see above ).

Important: As with all pumps of this type ( built in electronic controller and sensors ) the manufacturer states that they are for indoor installations. Outdoor installations are fine and common. You must provide protection from freezing, direct sunlight and wind blown debris.

If equipment is used it is NOT RETURNABLE.
Please, know what you are buying. Ask us questions if something is not clear.

Returns due to Warranty issues are, of course, accepted. Instructions will come with the pump on requirements for return of equipment. We recommend holding on to the box and packaging material for a little while if you can. If the equipment is installed and used correctly and there is no failure in 30 days it is likely not going to fail. The manufacturers warranty is for 1 year.

Non Warranty Returns:
..Buyer has 7 days in which to return your purchase for any reason other than a warranty issue.
..RETURNED PUMPS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% INSPECTION / RESTOCKING CHARGE.
..In addition to the inspection and restocking charge, where free or flat rate shipping is provided, our shipping costs will be charged to buyers account as well.
..Any seller "fees" that cannot be recouped will charged to buyers account.
..The equipment must be returned in new condition in original packaging with all documentation.

If equipment is used it is NOT RETURNABLE. What is used? If you remove the equipment from the packaging and do ANYTHING but put the equipment back in the box as it came, the equipment is used!
