This listing is for a 1991 Simplicity 7497 Pattern for a Misses'/Miss Petite Dress in Two Lengths with Back Variations. Sizes 16-22. Bust 38-44. Pattern is uncut with factory folds and complete, with no missing pieces.  Envelope is torn and in fair condition. Instruction Sheet shows wear.  
 
"Semi-fitted dress has back zipper and hemline slit. V1, V2 and V3 with deep V-back can be made with contrast bow, contrast collar and purchased flower trim. V4 and V5 have round neck with front notch detail. V1, V2, V3 and V5 have long sleeves. V4 is sleeveless. V1, V2, V4 and V5 are knee length. V3 is ankle length. V5 in galloon lace is cut crosswise."
