The books that I have for sale are books that are considered, rare, collectible, out of print, first edition, or perhaps signed. In any case these are not your average book. I am certain the original owner never thought that the book that they once held in their hand was going to be a collectible item, therefore they probably would not have treated it as they had and would have taken it into consideration. Most older book's seem to have book mites the simple best way to rid yourself of this possiblity is to slip it into a Ziploc bag and place it in the freezer overnight.
