Shipping Time:
Most orders are processed within 1 business day from receipt of cleared payment (some orders will be processed the same day), and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Orders shipped to a US address via Standard Shipping will be shipped either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail unless stated otherwise. Please allow approximately 2-6 business days from the date of shipment to receive your order. Delivery times for international orders vary due to customs. Most orders shipped to a US address can be upgraded from Standard to Express Mail for $29.95 more, and most international orders can be upgraded for $39.95 more. To upgrade your shipping please contact us before submitting payment, so we may add in the option to upgrade your shipping to Express Mail during checkout.
Combined Shipping Rules:
We offer combined shipping discounts on most items in our store. Combined shipping will be calculated as follows: We will calculate the highest shipping cost from the items you purchased. Then, we will add in the additional shipping cost for each additional item purchased. If at checkout, your shipping discount is not calculated correctly, please request the total or wait for us to send you an invoice BEFORE paying.
Please keep in mind that shipping and handling charges cover the cost of postage, insurance (if applicable) and shipping supplies.
International Shipping:
We are not responsible for customs/duty fees on international orders. This is the buyer's responsibility.
Currently, we do not ship to the following countries ~ Italy, Spain, Greece, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Africa, India, Russia, Ukraine, Maldives, Latvia, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Indonesia.
Authenticity and Quality:
Shop with confidence! Our products are guaranteed 100% authentic or your money back. Most items are purchased from the manufacturer (we are an authorized reseller). If we do not purchase the item from the manufacturer it is purchased from a company that is an authorized reseller. This is how we are able to guarantee authenticity of every item in our store. Also, WE DO NOT purchase faulty items or less than perfect items at discounted prices. Our items have the same quality that you would expect if you purchased the item straight from the manufacturer.
Price Adjustments:
We do not make any price adjustments on previous purchases. No exceptions.
False Eyelashes:
Please be advised that due to manufacturer's change in packaging it may differ from photo. Also, please keep in mind that our false eyelashes are handmade; therefore, each lash may not be exactly the same or exactly as pictured.

Returns:
Returns are accepted on most items throughout our store. Please see individual listing details to confirm if returns are accepted for any particular item. We accept returns for most items within 14 days from receipt. All items must be in the same condition as received, unused/unopened, and resalable condition. Buyer pays return shipping fees unless it is due to an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that if we offer free shipping and the item is returned to us, we will deduct actual shipping fees from your refund. Refunds will be processed as money back to your original payment method. No exchanges.
Cancellations and Changes to Your Order:
Please be sure that you want the item before purchasing. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. Cancellations must be made before an unpaid item case is opened (4 days from purchase). We will do our best to accommodate requests to make changes to an existing order; however, we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been sent to processing.
