A rare Retro gold tone mesh and invisibly set faux aquamarine and paste buckle choker necklace, by Lisner. Circa late 1940s or early 1950s. I think that the buckle is supposed to be worn at the back because it flaps around a bit in the front. Necklace approx. 16". I am selling the matching bracelet seperately.  

Condition: Some wear to back of buckle. The metal of the buckle may have had a finish on it at some time, but I am not sure. It may just be a pot metal. You can't tell either way when you're wearing it. Stones are not as sparkly as Swarovski crystals but they still sparkle and I think that this is probably how they looked originally.
