Fish Serving Tray Plate Platter - Decorative Dish - Sofal

This fish plate serving dish measures 13-3/4" long, 7" wide and 2 inches deep.  A sticker inside says "Sofal Sociedade de faiancas as Portugal"  There are two holes (the side of a hole punch) along the top of the fish, with a gold string.  I'm not sure if this is meant for hanging it as a decorative piece, or just for holding a tag?

The decorative side features a blue fish with a yellow head and yellow tail.  Each of the scales, the lips, eye, gills, and the fin spines are textured 3D (you can feel them).  The edging is blue, and there are blue spots between each of the scallops along the sides.

I do not see any cracks, chips, crazing, or repairs.  It's never been used (still has sticker and tie).  Interesting piece.  I bet this would look very cool at a cabin or lake home!
