The Marinade Injector is made of quality food grade plastic and stainless steel. The flavor injector is very durable and the clear plastic syringe body permits you to see the remaining marinade's supply as you inject it into the food. The assembled injector is 8.5 inches long, with a 2.5 inch long stainless steel needle. Both the injector handle and needle unscrews for easy cleanup and storage of the needle in the injector body. The flavor marinade injector is for sauces or marinades to make your meats and foods juicy and tender. No more dried out food. Use for BBQ, roasting, grilling. This item comes from Bradshaw International. It is new in the package.
