This is a new set of Phoenix Dot Liners for the rear axle on a 1999-2002 Ford F450 or F550. Also fits class C motorhomes of the same years. These are 19.5", 8 lug, with 5 hand holes. Comes complete with 2 liners, 4 lug nuts, special tool, and instructions. Phoenix part number is NF19R.
