Sexy black vegan faux leather mini skirt from Forever 21!  Features motorcycle styling with one decorative and two functional zippered front pockets (perfect for cash and cards!), comfortable wide waistband, two 1.5" bound or double-welt rear pockets, and stretchy, built-in knit shorts for modesty.  Exposed side zipper closure.  Shorts serve as lining.
