This is a beautiful elegant gown. You can see the sheen in the pictures. Picture almost like a silky polished cotton. It is very soft and lightweight but very substantial. It is not flimsy in any way. It has the cups tacked in, so you will not need to purchase a special bra. It also has flexible soft boning that goes over the bustline down to about the waist.

This could definately be used for a wedding dress, if you do not want a real formal look. It would be perfect for a beach wedding or a less formal event. It has plenty of material to put a full crinoline slip under it and the gown could be made very full. This gown obviously can also be used for pageants, proms, graduations or any other occasion that would require a gown.

Most of my gowns were purchased from a bridal salon that was closing. They are all new with tags. However, none of them had price tags. I do various research on either the exact gown if I can find it or similar ones to be able to give you a retail price. I could not find this exact gown, which in one way is a good thing, you won't see it on anybody else. If you could find this dress, lets say at one of your major department stores you would be looking in the price range of $139.00 to $229.00.
