The Pause That Refreshes is the name of this limited edition Coca Cola plate by Franklin Mint. This plate features the now classic scene of Santa Claus in front of the fireplace, looking at the refreshing bottle of Coca Cola left out for him on the mantle.  The note left for Santa reads: "Dear Santa, Please Pause Here. Jimmy." Jimmy and his sister are seen in the background, peeking at Santa Claus. Santa is holding a green book containing his lists of Good Boys and Girls. A grandfather clock in the background shows the time as a few minutes after midnight.

This charming Coca Cola collectible plate measures approx. 8" in diameter. It is marked on the back as shown, with the title "The Pause That Refreshes", Coca Cola Limited Edition. It says it is Plate No. HE 9166, I think it is marked.  It also states that it is Fine Porcelain, Marketed by Franklin Mint (c)1993 The Coca Cola Company All Rights Reserved. The final markings indicate that this plate is for decoration only, not for food consumption, etc.
