Now with a special Remote Control computer software program thats available, I can help you with resolving and preventing many things that could slow up and cause your computer to be less responsive than it once was before. Best of all, there is no need to have to move your desktop or laptop from your home or office to perform the required service or maintenance. All actions are performed in most cases without you having to be present. Your computer is basically networked with my computer as the client computer doing the maintenance. Your computer is linked by separate individual password known only by you and I, so that I can access your computer at the times of day that you want me to perform the services. This software program is called Logmein and it is one of two remote control software programs available for remote control computer communications on the market today. Unlike its competitor , Logmein offers a product called Logmein Free which is available on the internet for download and can be used for the basic features. I am not selling this program or anything, just using it to service your computer system. Your computer though must have a logmein product installed for the whole thing to work. I have provided a link at the end of this message for you to follow in order to get Logmein downloaded and installed on your computer, so I can help you with your computer's needs. STEP 1: After you have entered the link above in your internet browser and have executed it by clicking on it with your mouse, you will come to a screen that says Logmein Installer. Disregard the message found below the title bar.
STEP 2: Next look on the top far right of the above titled screen and you should see the word Login. Click with your mouse on the word Login and then another menu will open which says username and password. If there is no username in that block, then type in "neilp02@sprynet.com". Next follow this by typing in the password, which is: " dock3tad". Once the above entries are entered click with your mouse on the submit button and this will take you to my Logmein account Add Computer Screen. The Add computer screen is where you will follow the instructions to add your computer to this account. Once you have successfully added your computer, your computer name will appear among the other computer systems which are already on the list. Be sure and copy the name thats assigned your computer and whatever access code you choose. I will need both the name of your computer and the access code you assign to access your computer by remote. For the type of Logmein product, use the product called "Logmein Free".
