Even if you don't attend Broward College South Campus, this beginner's computer book is very informative and can be very helpful to those who are not familiar with computers and its programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2010). It has content from two books: GO! with Microsoft Office 2010 Volume 1 and GO! with Microsoft Windows 7 Getting Started. From those books, this book includes Windows 7 Chapter 1, Word Chapters 1-3, Excel Chapters 1-2, and PowerPoint Chapters 1-3.
Also included are three CD's: one in the front cover and two in the back cover. All seals are still closed, and so, the CD's have never been used. They go along with the book and provide extra helpful information. Originial price I paid on campus was $107.
This listing DOES NOT include a myitlab access code, but they are sold on Pearsons website.

I recycle clean packing materials whenever I can. If it’s too damaged, I won’t use it. Whenever I run out, I buy new ones, unless I know I’ll be shopping online soon.
I combine shipping depending on the weight of each item. So if you buy 10 items that all weighed one pound and were in a normal sized package, the shipping cost would be the same as shipping a 10 pound, normal sized package.
All items are kept and packaged in a smoke-free and pet-free home.

Payment
I accept payments via PayPal. Your PayPal account must be US based because, for the time being, I can only ship within the US.
Shipping
I ship 1-2 business days after payment is received and cleared. I ship with USPS for now. Tracking number is provided. Benefit of using USPS is that I can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO, US Territories, and anywhere else the USPS goes for the regular shipping rate. I will not charge extra for these locations.
Transit times are controlled by the carrier and weather related variables. I do not have any control over these factors. Your item will be packaged to the best of my ability to reduce possible damage along the way.
I always refund an overcharge of $1 or more.

I do not sell or ship outside of the United States.
Damaged Items
All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately via Bonanza.
Return Policy
All sales are final unless written otherwise in item description. In the event your item is received damaged or drastically different than described, please contact me through the Bonanza email explaining the condition your item is in. Depending on each case, I may offer a refund, partial refund, or exchange. On all cases, I will work something out with you.
Refunds / Exchanges
PayPal allows refunds up to 30 days after purchase. Refunds are given within 2 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. For an exchange, please send back the original item and upon receipt I will ship your exchanged item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to me) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store in order to return an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, I do not reimburse any return shipping cost. I will ship the replacement product to you at my cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is shipped out quickly.
Return Exception
There are some product categories which are not returnable at all due to hygienic and sanitary reasons. Currently, personal care products (face powder, body powder, panties, etc.) and health products are categories that fall under this exception.
