CONDITION: Good. There is light edge and heavier corner tip wear to cover. There are two small nicks at upper spine. Back cover has a small chip, small nick, and a hint of crimping. Bottom corner of front cover has a small 1/2 inch crease as does the 1st page. Small crease at spine on front cover.
