You won't find THIS in the hobby shop window. The Howe truss bridge, a landmark railroad fixture.
A creation of David Stockwell who builds each structure to order, working from pictures, diagrams and plans of actual, real world structures. And he uses real wood, cut and sized to correct scale dimensions.
This iconic Howe truss bridge, at 16 1/2" across, is just a frog hair short of 120 HO scale feet long. It is 4" (29 feet) high, and 2 7/8" (almost 21 feet) wide.
Add a dimension of realism to your layout, or present as a gift to the modeler who is working on or planning the layout of his or dreams. But be prepared to wait a little while, because YOUR bridge or trestle will be built JUST for you.
Cost of the bridge pictured here is $65.00, NOT including shipping.
Contact me or Dave to order production, receive an estimate of time to completion and set up shipping arrangements and other details. Every serious modeler wants at least one dramatic focal point on the layout.
This is the one.
But wait! Pretty as this is, it may not be the right fit for YOUR layout. No problem. Dave will make whatever you need to be the perfect bridge or trestle for your railroad EVEN IF scenery is already in place. So, contact him for a free consult.
