The difference between patent & PU is patent is a shiny material and PU is non-shiny(looks like leather)

Be sure you read and understand the return policy before ordering. By ordering from Body Nook you agree to the following terms:


If you need to return an item you will need to contact Body Nook first. Any shoes/boots returned to Body Nook without authorization will be refused.
Once you receive authorization you have 7 days to return the item.

* Shoes must be unworn in the original box with all packaging & tags(bottom of footwear) to be eligible for exchange.
* Any item received without an RA # will not be exchanged.
* Please insure any items you are returning and keep your receipt along with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in the mail.
* Shipping & Handling charges are non refundable under any circumstances.
*You are responsible for the exchange shipping charges and your item will not ship until Body Nook has received payment for those charges.
*Please be aware that exchanges do take awhile--so please be patient. If you need your exchange quickly you will need to order & pay for your new order as exchanges do take some time.

Worn items will NOT be accepted unless Body Nook determines that the shoe is defective. Any worn shoe returned without authorization will be returned at customer's expense.

All returns are good for shoe or boot exchange only at Body Nook.

YOU MAY EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME BOOT OR SHOE AS ORIGINAL ORDER ONLY. IF THE SAME ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE A SIMILAR BOOT OR SHOE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED OF THE SAME BRAND.
