1. Contact us for a quote on your item. Include a photo if possible or a detailed description including the type of embellishment you would like. Please include color, size as well as your desired crystal color.

2. We will provide you with a price to complete the item to your specifications. This price includes all supplies, labor and return shipping with insurance and signature release.

3. If you decide to proceed we will then create a custom listing for your item.You purchase your listing.

4. After payment please ship your item to Sophie & Ava. Upon receipt we will confirm your order details and work will begin
