Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on certain jewelry items, as each piece is sometimes "made to order" and is shipped direct from the crafter's hands from the island of Oahu! Available items will ship within 3-5 business days, except overnight orders. 1 -How do I get FREE Shipping?

- You get FREE SHIPPING always when you purchase any product(s) of more than $49.95 (For USA Orders) and $250.00 (For International Orders) … just the cost of many of your favorite Hawaiian shirts, dresses and various gifts. We ship via USPS Priority Mail that normally takes 7-10 days for USA orders and 2-3 Weeks for International Orders. Bulk orders and large shipments may take longer to arrive. We will keep you informed via email.

2- Do you ship internationally?

-Yes, we do ship to other countries from our main location in Oahu, Hawaii. FREE International Shipping is available with order over $250.00. USPS 1st Class International shipping method does not include Insurance or Tracking. Also, any USPS International shipping may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the country's shipping process, customs and delivery assurance. The recipient of the international order is responsible for any taxes or duties charged from that country.

3- Can you expedite my shipping?

- Yes I can. Expedited orders are available via UPS and Federal Express, and orders placed during a business day and before 12 pm Hawaii Time will be shipped out the same day. Contact me in advance for shipping quote for any of these options before making your purchase.

Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Overnight orders to the West Coast of the U.S.A. take 1 day and to the East Coast 2 days. If you place an Overnight order going to the East coast on a Thursday – the expected delivery day is Monday. In this case, please contact me immediately to see if Saturday delivery is available. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than the specified times. Bulk and large shipments may take longer to arrive. I will keep you informed via email if this should occur.

4- Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

- Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses for FREE only with USPS Priority Mail®. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

5 -How long does it take for my order to arrive?

-For standard shipping to the U.S.A. – USPS - it takes 7-10 days. Expedited shipping takes 3-5 days. International shipping takes 1-2 weeks. Overnight orders take 1-2 business days and are processed with extra priority. If items are not available, you will be contacted immediately. If your item is on back order, and you would like to wait, it may take two to three weeks for manufacturing and shipping.  For custom orders, the standard time is 2-3 weeks, so please if you need a custom item for a certain upcoming date, plan ahead and order early. Please feel free to contact me if you need your order for a specific date.

6- How do I track my order?

- Your tracking number is emailed to you within 24 hours of order being shipped. Use this tracking number on either the USPS Mail or FedEx websites.

7 - What happens if I refuse a delivery?

- Refusing a delivery makes you responsible for the fees charged by the shipping company to send your order back to Hawaii. Also, it will delay the process of your credit.

8 –What if my product is out of stock?

- Occasionally, high demand may cause products to be out of stock. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail or phone immediately to work out a resolution.
