This canning jar is old, not a reproduction, probably from the 1940's or 1950's.
The fruit jar bottom is marked with the HA mark, letter B and number 2.
A nice addition to your collection if you don't already have one exactly like this.
Square bottles became more common in the drive to conserve materials in World War II.
Hazel Atlas was bought by another company in 1956.
The H over an A makers mark was used from about 1923 (when trademarked).
Size: about 7 inches tall; 3.5 inches diameter; capacity 32 ounces, or one quart.
Condition: Excellent. No chips or cracks.
I have had this jar for many years and it was old when I acquired it.
Have not been able to determine the exact years this model was made.
