This bear is from First & Main, a company I found to have lots of cute animals.  All First & Main toys are non-toxic and non-allergenic.  This one is named is Hubert.  He is 8 inches sitting, a cinnamon brown with green plaid pants and bow tie.  He is holding a red velvet with green trim stocking.
