This beautiful, GLAMOROUS, ivory sheer horsehair hat, has an extra wide, SHEER, scalloped brim. This scallop design runs throughout the entire dress hat. This is a very fancy, beautiful, elegant hat or ascot.

Measurements - 22 1/2" around the inner crown. This is a standard size. The wide big brim has a 70 inch circumference, but lifts up on one side.
