Gorgeous Vintage Art Deco Chintz OVAL Vegetable SERVING BOWL - by James Kent - Old Foley England - Pattern: "Chinese Rose" - c1920's to 1950's
Dimensions: 12 inches x 9 1/2 inches x 2 1/8 inches tall with a verge/rim edge 3/4 inch to 1 1/4 inch scallop.
Condition: Very Good to Excellent. No chips, no cracks, no crazing, no stains, no pattern wear and almost no utensil wear! One small factory flaw nick under rim edge UNDER the glaze.
This stunning oval vegetable serving bowl has an embossed & scalloped rim edge and lovely pink & yellow roses on branches with song birds! The rim edge is green. The bowl is backstamped "Old Foley James Kent Ltd Staffordshire Made in England Chinese Rose". Highly sought after pattern! See the matching pitcher in a separate listing (shown in last photo). Makes a wonderful bowl/pitcher wash set or will make a beautiful addition to your dinnerware service! I believe it is from the Art Deco period but could date up to the 1950's. Fabulous condition!

All Canadian shipments are via Expedited parcel with tracking and transit time is 1 to 7 days depending on the destination.
Small Packet USA is available up to 1 kg with NO tracking and a transit time of 1 to 3 weeks. Expedited Parcel USA has tracking and a transit of 6 to 10 days (all transit times are dependant upon time it takes for customs/border clearance - some parcels can inexplicably be held for up to 10 days).
Overseas shipments (outside Canada/USA) up to 2 kg are via Air Mail Small packet with NO tracking and transit time is 1 to 3 weeks (also dependant upon customs clearance time). XPress Post is available to all destinations with tracking and fast transit times but it is expensive. Inquire for rates.
