Shipping & Handling

We ship all our products from Japan. We will ship out within 2 business days after payment cleared. With the exception of Japanese National Holidays and weekends, your order will be shipped out by SAL (which takes about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive your country) not insured non-traceable. Tracking is available with additional cost of 7USD. Also if you don't mind paying more for receiving your item sooner, we can ship out by AIRMAIL(which takes about 1 to 2 weeks) or EMS (which takes about 3 to 7days). If you would like to upgrade the shipping method, please contact us before you place an order. Delivery time may change depending on where you live, weather, strike, etc.There are a few countries we can't ship from Japan, if we can't ship, we will cancel the order and refund.

Other information

・Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
・Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
・These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
・We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
