I don`t just test your seeds for germination. They are actually test grown. I grow a sample of the batch of seeds for sale so you get a better idea of what you are getting than just a picture of the parent vine. I don`t do returns but I do guarantee the seeds will sprout and grow. I can`t guarantee 100% carbon copies of mysale pictures because the patterns on these glories can and will vary but you will not be disappointed. No two flowers are alike.My packets have a picture,growing instructions and the species marked on them. Please check your own laws to make sure you can legally have these seeds mailed to you. I cannot ship these seeds to Arizona.
I mail all seeds within 3 days ofsales end. For US and International orders I have proof I delivered the seeds to the post office.
