Morning Glory Facts
Part sun or afternoon shade is beneficial in very hot growing zones where the temperatures go above 90 F. Keep in mind they are full sun plants and need at least 8 hours a day in order to grow well and bloom.
Sun and water are two elements which must be balanced for optimal growth and blooms. Morning
glories are full sun plants requiring at least 8 hours or more per
day. It is beneficial for them to get some afternoon shade if it is
very hot weather. Water needs are quite minimal next to many other
garden plants. They need regular water
and enough to keep them from drying out. Do a soil test to make sure
they need water by feeling the first two inches below the surface of the
soil. If you see the leaves droop during the summer they
might just be conserving water so test the soil. If you feel moisture in
the first 2 inches of soil wait another day because over watering can
cause the roots to rot. Give them enough water but not too much and they
will thrive,bloom profusely and give you beautiful blooms until frost.
To germinate your seeds lightly nick and soak seeds for 3 or 4 hours until you see swelling and plant them about 3/8" in clean store bought seed starter. Any good potting soil will be suitable for ipomoea nil morning glories.

I grow a sample of the batch of seeds for sale so you get a better idea of what you are getting than just a picture of the parent vine. I don`t do returns but I do guarantee the seeds will sprout and grow. I can`t guarantee 100% carbon copies of mysale pictures because the patterns on these glories can and will vary but you will not be disappointed. No two flowers are alike.My packets have a picture,growing instructions and the species marked on them. Please check your own laws to make sure you can legally have these seeds mailed to you. I cannot ship these seeds to Arizona.
