You simply peel the frosting off it's backing material and lay it on to a freshly frosted cake (white frosting works best). The topper then "melds" into the frosting leaving behind the image.Topper is approx. 7"x10" Image color may vary. Extra toppers are available for $8.99 each. Yes, you may choose more than 1 design.

SMILE TRAIN is a non profit organization dedicated to helping children with a cleft palette and or cleft lip. I was born with a double cleft lip and double cleft palette. That's me in the middle of the group photo circa 1965. Can you imagine what it must be like to be a kid who can not smile? Please help me help them.
