Bag pipe player. He’s wearing gusseted pants with white lining and studs that match black vest over  white shirt.  He has charming hat with tie.  He is holding bag with three pipes. He is approx. 12 inches tall.

 

The original tag is difficult toread. We think it is a large #1 and smaller #1 with Made in Spain.
