Kombucha tea is natures probiotic in a real sense that the tea contains numerous beneficial bacteria, acids and yeasts that aid our bodies on a great many levels. *2 new HALF GALLON size glass mason jars with lids. These are the two-piece lid style - you can brew in one, and store your finished k-tea in the other! You will always have a jar to brew and a jar to store, so you can be brewing continuously.

***Air tight containers such as these are essential in order to increase carbonation, both for health and for taste. This is explained more in our instructions.

*3 bags of organic green tea (not caffeine free) (or we can send black tea if you prefer)

*1/3 cup organic sugar

*1 kombucha mushroom and 1/2 cup starter tea (shown in bowl and on glass plate which are not included)

*Coffee filter and rubber band, for your convenience
