I DO NOT OFFER PARTIAL REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If there is a problem with your item you may send it back for a FULL REFUND! If I have made a mistake in the listing, I will even pay for your return shipping! I strongly recommend the use of USPS Delivery Confirmation when returning an item. Refund will be provided only when I have item back in my possession or D/C shows item has been delivered back to me.

Since I do not work for the Postal Service, the best I can do is ship ASAP after payment is received! I always ship within 24-48 hours.
